The intelligent way to healthy eating

When was the last time you thought about what you just ate?

In the hectic daily routine, in particular, we often turn to ready meals instead of preparing healthy dishes. Stress can also quickly put an end to our diets and good intentions, so even in hectic situations it is worth paying attention to healthy eating.
Through mindful enjoyment and a balanced diet, we can quickly find ourselves full and successfully avoid the risk of weight gain.

Integrating healthy eating for weight loss into the daily routine means one thing above all:
Consciously choosing healthy foods and enjoying mealtimes. Eating lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and preparing food in healthy ways can mean a restrictive diet is unnecessary from the outset.

A balanced diet is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle.

Since everyone is different with different eating habits and all bodies have varying nutritional requirements, there is no one generally applicable recommendation for healthy eating.
A balanced diet should be as varied as possible to give the body what it needs and thus prevent ill health. Ideally, it should comprise a combination of low-calorie and nutritious foods like vegetables and wholegrain products. Even with purely plant-based foods, it is possible to prepare a tasty and healthy lunch or dinner.
Animal products, meanwhile, should form only a small part of a healthy diet. Milk, milk products and eggs should form part of a daily meal plan, but fats, oils, industrially processed foods and those with a high sugar content should be kept to a minimum.

As a general rule: If you prepare your meals using fresh, unprocessed ingredients, then you have the most control over what goes into your body! A change in diet can work wonders!
