Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to voucher orders
from our online shop www.slim.ch/shop/. The GTC are binding and are considered accepted upon ordering in any form (online, by telephone, in writing, or orally). Any differing agreements must be made in advance in writing with Slim and More GmbH and confirmed. We reserve the right to amend our GTC at any time. The version published at the time of ordering applies to the conclusion of the contract.
Conclusion of Contract
A valid contract requires confirmation (email or in writing) from Slim and More GmbH. We reserve the right to review orders and, if necessary, reject them. In such cases, customers will be informed by email or in writing.
Delivery and Shipping Costs
Slim and More GmbH covers the postage costs for A-Post (priority mail) to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Express or registered mail is only available upon explicit request, after written confirmation, and for an additional fee. The same applies to A-Post (priority mail) shipments outside of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Currency and VAT
Vouchers are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are not subject to VAT.
Payment options
You can pay online via Worldline Saferpay with a credit card (currently Mastercard/Visa), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Twint, or directly to our bank account via e-banking. Cash payment is also accepted for in-store pickup.

Jurisdiction
In the event of legal disputes, the place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
